Hi, I’m Rebecca

I’ve been reading up on research about prebiotics, probiotics & the microbiome since 2010, when my Dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and I was diagnosed with an auto-inflammatory illness & an auto-immune condition.

Here at Food For Flora, I want to share everything I’ve learnt on my search for better health.
Boosting my diet with prebiotic & probiotic foods & supplements, as my doctor suggested, has been an easy & delicious way to boost my immune system & wellbeing.
