Prebiotic Asparagus Recipe. Asparagus Avocado And Smoked Mackerel With Caraway Yogurt Dressing brighter

This fast & filling prebiotic asparagus recipe blends the aniseed notes of caraway seeds with the bright taste of probiotic greek yogurt, to cut through the richness of the mackerel & avocado.

You can throw this recipe together in 5 minutes for a satisfying lunch for one, or double / triple the quantities to make a more substantial salad.

This dish was inspired by the suggestion of pairing asparagus with oily fish & anise, in Niki Segnit’s Flavour Thesaurus book.
